Digital health platforms often fragment after the first release. Patient apps from one vendor, coach dashboards from another, employer programs on spreadsheets. Vitals from wearables never reach the care record clinicians trust. Ucardia's ambition was the opposite: a cardiometabolic wellness ecosystem for individuals, practices, employers, and health plans on one product foundation.
Leadership did not need a single app. They needed strategy, architecture, and engineering for every system the business would run in production: member mobile experiences, care-team workflows, operational tooling, and integrations that move habits, vitals, and program data without manual stitching.
We partnered from product strategy through launch and iteration. Roadmap sequencing followed real care journeys: prevention, recovery, and ongoing coaching. Native iOS and Android apps, care-team dashboards, and integration layers were built on shared services so practices and enterprise partners could launch programs without absorbing operational burden the platform was not designed to carry.
Ucardia runs on a unified digital health platform DevoraOne helped define and build end to end. Members get connected coaching and monitoring. Practices and enterprise partners offer programs without taking on ops the product absorbs. Every major system in production traces to one architecture and one delivery thread.
