High-volume venues such as bars and nightclubs face intense pressure during peak hours, dealing with complex inventory, rapid order processing, tax compliance, and the need for reliable performance under heavy load. Traditional POS systems often fall short in speed, scalability, and specialized features required by the nightlife and hospitality industry. SmartTab was developed to deliver a robust, purpose-built solution that handles the unique demands of these fast-paced environments.

DevoraOne designed and developed the complete SmartTab platform, including backend infrastructure, web application, and native mobile apps for iOS and Android. We delivered a high-performance system using modern technologies and followed an Agile methodology to ensure reliability, scalability, and exceptional user experience under real-world high-load conditions.
Robust Backend Infrastructure
We built a scalable and resilient backend using AWS services including EC2, EBS, S3, Route 53, VPC, and EKS. The system leverages PHP, PostgreSQL, Nginx, Redis, Hazelcast, REST services, and WebSockets to ensure fast data processing and real-time capabilities essential for busy venue operations.
Modern Frontend and Mobile Apps
The platform features a clean and intuitive interface built with Vue.js and JavaScript. We also developed native mobile applications using Swift for iOS and Java for Android, providing venue staff with reliable tools for on-the-floor management and quick service.
Advanced Features and Performance
We integrated machine learning models using Time Series and Gradient Boosting techniques to deliver intelligent insights. The system underwent rigorous manual, automated UI, stress, and performance testing. Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines were implemented with Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm to ensure stable and frequent updates.
